CZT-Days 2026

"Building Bridges": 6.-8. November 2026

A multi-day hybrid workshop exclusively for club members:

In person in Vienna & online

We warmly invite CZTs from near and far to take part in the CZT-Days 2026, both in person and online.

The theme 'Building Bridges' captures exactly what lies at the heart of our community. We will experience how, through creative inspiration, we forge an international connection that harmoniously weaves together tradition and modern expression. And above all, lots and lots of tangling...

The Conzentric Club is delighted to welcome a fantastic team of teachers:
Anica Gabrovec from Croatia, Shie Naritomi from Japan, Debbie New from Singapore, María Tovar and Oswaldo Burbano from Spain, and Nina Dreher-Goeddertz from Germany.

You are warmly invited to join us in Vienna or take part online from the comfort of your own home. Let's immerse ourselves in artistic growth and enjoy the community and inspiration of our fellow CZTs.

Workshop language: English

The multi-day workshop will be conducted in English. We have an international team of tutors, and the participants will also speak a variety of languages. If you don't understand English very well, we're sure you'll find fellow CZT members who'll be happy to help you understand the language.

Attendance in person in Vienna

The workshop will take place at the Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof. We have chosen a venue where you can feel completely at ease and enjoy the event to the full. What's more, the hotel is centrally located and easy to get to.

Minimum contribution for on-site participation: €888*

What is included in your contribution?

  • Full board: A comprehensive catering package that begins on Friday with the afternoon coffee break and ends on Sunday after the afternoon coffee break.

  • Catering: You can look forward to a welcome coffee, a variety of snacks during breaks (morning and afternoon), as well as high-quality lunches and dinners. Breakfast is not included, as this is usually covered by the hotel room rate.

  • Drinks: Mineral water, juices and speciality coffees are included as unlimited refreshments in the seminar room and at lunch. At dinner, you can enjoy a one-hour non-alcoholic drinks package.

  • Use of the room: Use of the professional seminar room for group tangling and gathering.

  • Creative materials: All the materials and equipment you need are included. You can simply take your seat and get started.
  • Your hotel booking at Novotel or Ibis

Please note that accommodation is not included in the contribution. To give you the flexibility to choose, we have arranged special rates for our club members at the Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof and the directly connected Ibis Hotel:

    • Ibis Hotel: €119 per night (single occupancy) | Surcharge for a double room: €18
    • Novotel: €149 per night (single occupancy) | Surcharge for a double room: €28

How to book your room: As soon as we have received your registration, we will send you all the necessary information and the booking form so that you can book your room yourself at these preferential rates.

Together under one roof: To make the most of our sense of community, you're welcome to book a stay at one of our two partner hotels. That way, we can all spend these special days in close proximity to one another. What's more, by doing so, you'll help us to maintain the room allocations agreed with the hotels and keep the attractive rates stable for all members.

    Online participation

As an online participant, you will receive detailed information about the technical requirements and what you need to do after registering. Essentially, all you need is an internet connection and a computer or tablet.

Minimum contribution for online participation with materials: €785 *

Your Workshop package for online participation

To help you fully immerse yourself in the creative world from the comfort of your own home, we'll send you a carefully curated workshop pack containing all the materials you'll need. This way, you'll be perfectly prepared to enjoy the workshop at your own pace.

Please note our registration deadlines to ensure timely dispatch:

    • International (outside Europe): until 25 September 2026

    • Within Europe: until 10 October 2026

Have you missed the deadline? Don't worry! If registration for your region has already closed, we'd be happy to check with you whether we can still send you the package in time. In this case, there will be an additional charge of €35 for express delivery. Please contact us BEFORE registration.

Minimum contribution for online participation without materials: €635 *

This option gives you more flexibility and is also ideal for last-minute participation. You can still take part online even without our workshop-package.

To help you prepare properly, we'll send you a detailed list of materials in good time. That way, you can check what you already have at home and what you still need to buy.

A quick note to help you plan: When making your choice, please bear in mind that we use some specialist equipment in the workshop. As some of these items are made to order, they may not be available in standard shops, or may be difficult to find.

Please note that the registration deadline is 2 November 2026.

*Everyone is free to choose their own contribution; the minimum contribution is intended to cover costs and support the association's objectives. It is exempt from tax as a non-profit association under Sections 34 to 47 of the Federal Tax Code (BAO).

...and a few more extras regarding participation

    Video recordings

To ensure you can take part with complete peace of mind, we record the sessions and make the videos available to all participants for around four weeks after the workshop. This means you can then go over all the content at your own pace.

    Educational trip to Vienna: 6.11.2026

On Friday morning, we warmly invite you, as a member of our association, to join us on a free educational tour of Vienna. Come and enjoy the city's cultural treasures with us before we start the workshop in the afternoon.

Your peace of mind when planning

You can take your time securing your place and planning your trip and hotel at your leisure. Should anything come up, you can cancel your booking 100% free of charge up until 6 July 2026.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I fill in the membership application but don't get a place on the workshop?

Don't worry, the seminar room at the hotel has plenty of space for all of us. However, if demand is so high that we run out of places, we may, in exceptional cases, cancel your application to join the club – provided you haven't paid the membership fee yet.

Can I take part in the CZT-Days even if I'm not a club member?

As this workshop is an integral part of our club's activities, by taking part you'll be eligible for membership of our club. Please remember that as a member you'll enjoy many great benefits, such as free participation in our educational trip in Vienna and the chance to engage with our community.

Can I pay the grant in instalments?

Direct payment in instalments via the club is not available, but the following options are possible:

    1. Deferred payment: You can make the bank transfer at a later date, subject to agreement with the Executive Committee.

    2. Credit card: When paying via Stripe, you can use your credit card and repay the amount to your bank on flexible terms, depending on your provider's conditions.

A small request from the association: as Stripe payments incur high fees, we would be very grateful if you could opt for a standard bank transfer. That way, 100% of your donation will go towards our projects!

Why can I pay the annual membership fee only by bank transfer?

In our current club software, membership fees can currently only be paid by bank transfer. However, you are welcome to use the convenient Stripe payment option when booking your workshop.

A small request from the association: as Stripe payments incur high fees, we would be very grateful if you could opt for a standard bank transfer. That way, 100% of your donation will go towards our projects!

Why can't I find any information about the educational trip to Vienna on 6 November 2026 yet?

We're currently finalising the details to make this morning as rewarding as possible for all members. As soon as the programme is finalised and registration open, you'll hear from us – we'll be contacting all club members in good time!
